On a healthcare project comprising of a 120-bed hospital, an integrated health centre and a mosque, controlling noise of building services becomes quite a task. Having carried in-depth acoustic study including over 70 Air Handling Units and not less than few thousand VAVs; our inputs proved essential to the Project Team; considering that somewhat higher airflow velocities required special duct liner and acoustic lagging to be introduced; not overseeing rigid hygiene requirements being maintained at all times.
