Al Mana & Associates provided support throughout the construction stage in order to ensure favourable acoustic environment for this iconic high rise tower. Extensive acoustic tests were performed on a daily basis allowing Project Team to identify any critical items and integrate cost-effective acoustic solutions found necessary. Principal focus of our work included facade sound insulation, airborne and impact sound insulation between the floors, chillers noise, elevator induced noise and building services noise and vibration control.
